Sticky Steering?
I noticed that my steering seems to be sticking. I feels like whenever I steer to the left or right it wants to not move for the first inch or two. I don't think it has anything to do with the steering wheel or top part of the column. Any suggestions?

check the universal joints by the smugglers box? Douse them with penetrating oil, both of them..
