The PET parts catalog for 78 -83 has the following info.
Coup L. 911 624 015 01 R. 911 624 015 01 Targa/Cabrio L. 911 624 015 41 R. 911 624 014 41 They call out different parts for the Coup vs Targa/Cabrio. The coup has a full window frame which may require a different motor setup than the Targa/Cabrio. The parts drawings show the two motors with different mounting positions
