Help identifying Fuchs center caps...

I bought these years ago and was wondering if anyone has any information on the company or owns similar???

Those caps are no longer produced. But were manufactured by ISP West.

To me - they seem of good quality, very solid. Guess people just weren't interested. Wish I knew what I paid for them all those years ago.
