1989 Air Box Installation Questions

I want to fit my 1989 911 Cabriolet with a period-correct air box, replacing the K&N conical filter installed by the previous owner. I have confirmed with the local dealer that I have the correct air box.

I’ve searched the Google, Reddit and several forums but cannot find detailed info on air box installation. It is also not contained in the Bentley service manual. I am hoping someone here has been through this or can point me to a good source for a detailed drawing. Here goes…

Drawings notated with corresponding numbers/letters:
1. Mounting screws to attach the hose guide in the following pic. Questions is, do they mount from the A side or the B side of the hose guide?
2. This port, I believe, receives the mesh hose that has been plugged and clamped and currently is tucked away in the compartment. Can you confirm this?
3. This hole would be on the bottom of the installed box. It appears to be for a mounting bracket, but, again, I cannot locate a part number for this as I cannot find a detailed drawing. Ultimately, I need to ID the mount so that I can purchase it.
