Anyone actually using Coast Fab Mufflers

I've been searching the archives researching mufflers.

Here's my dillemma... I really, really, like the looks of the twin supertrapps or the facotry racing megaphones, but I need to keep the noise levels down for steet use.

(Not my car, BTW)

From what I can tell, the supertrapps are too restrictive when quieted down and too loud when allowed to flow freely.

Megaphones.. (pretty... but noisy)

There at least half a dozen threads, that say... "try the Coast Fabrication Mufflers", but I can't find any indication that anyone is using them.

If you did run a pair of Coast Fab muffler cans off the headers, how would you cap them off? Muffler tips? Leave them like they are?

I'm just looking for some BTDT. Thanks!

Yes, they are a great solution. Free flowing and relatively quiet. Much better than super traps.

You do not cap them. Just bolt them up.
