Any experience with Newark Auto carpets
Looking to redo the carpets in my 1974 911 S with a RS rear delete kit with square weave carpet. Pelican is now offering carpet lists from Newark Auto in NJ. Pelican is currently offering a 15% discount.
It is not a supplier I have heard mentioned here before. Does anyone have any experience and comments about them?

I ordered a set of carpets from Newark recently for my 75. I went with the German Silverknit and was very pleased with it.

Hi! Just some quick info from what I found out at our Open House event... Newark Auto now owns World Upholstery's patterns, and purchased some of AppBiz's inventory. We should have updated photos of the Newark Auto in our catalog soon!

Do you offer the 1974 911 coupe RS kit in charcoal German square weave? I don’t seem to find it on the site. Newark does offer it on their site. If so, can I still get the 15% discount you offered?

It seems I got one of the last orders through World Upholstery last year. Nice set of seat covers for my 911, and my installer said they were of very high quality leather, etc.
This is from their old website: "Worlduph.com was sold on November 20, 2024, and is now under new ownership and management. The new company has no affiliation with the prior ownership. You are absolutely right that the proper RS kits are Perlon. However, you can get RS type kits, also known as rear seat delete kit, in many other carpet types.
