Looking for a 3D software pro STL files

Looking to see if anyone can help put a beveled edge on these rear vent slats/ribs STL files. I got an original slat from someone on this site. I scanned it on a scanner in 2D, turned it into a scalable vector (svg), imported it into Tinkercad and gave it the right depth and sent it over to my bambu x1 carbon. My plan is to scan in the 6 vent slats from cardboard since they are all different, print them in ASA and put some Heat-set Insert Tips in to attach to the vent opening.

One of the slat edges needs to be beveled on each slat. Is anyone a pro with 3d stl files where they could add a beveled edge? I don't think a router or sander will do well on the plastic which is mostly hollow.

Thanks! Photos attached.

Can't you go back a step? Go back to your TinkerCAD model, add the bevel, export to STL again?

It’s easy to do a beveled edge in tinker cad on a straight object like a cube but once you get a curve, it’s much more difficult. Do you know of a way?

Modifying STL files is a real pain since they are a mesh. Can you export any other file type such as STEP from TinkerCAD?

Tinkercad allows export of OBJ, STL and GLTF (GLB). The SVG file is an exact outline and all I did in tinkercad was give it 11mm depth which took a second then exported to BAMBU SLICER.

Bambu Slicer allows export to stl, 3mf, g-code ...

I can export an SVG file as a DWG file if that helps or a dxf file.
