I have a 76 911s 2.7 that the voltage light does not come on with the key on. installed new battery, volage regulator, and had the alternator repaired and tested. Tested the light bulb, sanded the transmission ground and alternator gound. (still no light or charging) What should i check next.

if I assume wiring is OK..

then I would jump the inline noise suppressor that is on your engine electric panel.. report back because that suppressor causes problems with external regulated alternators..........Ron
