G50 Transmission Experts - Come One Come All
Hey Guys,
We recently purchased a high horsepower built 930 in unknown condition. What G50 transmission is this/what year did it come out of? 950.301.102 3R  I know that some G50's are 'holy grail' and more rare than others, which are those? Thanks for the insight!

Stamped number on the bottom of the diff housing is what we need. That's just a part number for the housing.

Flip it over.
 And post a picture of the bell housing. It may have been shortened to make it fit.

The photo I posted was sent to me so I slipped up checking that it contained the serial number.

Best photos for now as the transmission is on a rack.. difficult to make out the first section.
Seems to be 716 4668 for the ending stampings

That’s a 1976 915 serial number. G50 would start 73 and then a letter to designate year. You’re being scammed.
