g5 ground location 79sc
hi pelicans, anyone know if the only access is by removing the drivers side hood strut? i can see it enough to tell its all white and corroded and probably the cause for a few things not working. thnx for any response.

This pretty difficult and annoying to access. It'll definitely be much easier without that strut in the way. Even with it removed, the bundle of wires will make it tough to get everything out of the way, clean the whole area, and get the connections re-secured. Best to get zen about it before you start.

sounds like youve been there before. so hard to get to its prone to be neglected. just wanted make sure i wasnt making it more difficult than it needs to be, but its true they really did put that thing in a hard spot to access. not gonna complain because i solved the mysteries . thnx gretz
