205/65R15 Tires on 6Jx15 Fuchs on a 73.5 narrowbody: will they work?

Getting ready to get my gold 73.5 T coupe back on the road after sitting for a couple of years.

Currently has 25 year-old 205/60R15s on it, kept pressurized to 40-45psi and one blew out just sitting there from old age.

Car sat because I have a 35 (45?) percent grade driveway with a peak on top and after lowering it to euro spec height (and putting on a few pounds), it started to ever so slightly drag occasionally on the driveway peak. Dreaded the thought of re-indexing the rear spring plate again.

So the blowout actually gives me an opportunity to increase the ground clearance using tires instead of torsion bars.

The current 205/60s are 24.7" tall, the OEM 185/70s 25.3" and the 205/65s 25.5", which would give me an additional 0.8" of height compared to current tires, or 0.4" of ground clearance, which should be enough to alleviate the driveway clearance issue (fingers crossed).

The 205/65R15s seem to be readily available in H and V ratings (only Kumho in V rating) and not too much taller than OEM, but haven't seen any posts about folks using that width/aspect ratio on a narrow-hipped 911, so wondering whether they might have an issue rub the inner fender well at full suspension compression.

frankly, would love to go even taller but not much/any choice in 195/70s and the 205/70s seem to have no greater than a T rating (must be for mini-pickups?).

Thoughts on running 205/65R15s? Anyone using them on a narrowbody without issues?
