Vernasca Hill Climb
14 & 15 June was the Castel Arquato - Vernasca Hill Climb.
A stretch of public road was closed for the runs, about 12klm, over two days. These are some shots I took. Quality is low as I was using a pocket camera, whilst sitting in the shade, (temp was about 35 C). First, some obligatory Porsche content:

The baby Fiat caught up with the classic police car and passed it after the finish. The Police car put on lights and sirens and pursued it to the parking area about a klm further on in the town of Vernasca - off duty cops in humour mode

One of the best parts was the variety of the cars taking part.

The team with this Ferrari also ran a Jaguar D type and another exotic. They had two Cayenne turbos for hauling as well as a beautiful period pick- up. Not running with any budget constraints it seems.
