All you need now is a good German motorcycle sitting in the garage!

You do not glue the tile. It is a floating floor. There is no need to dig out and repair cracks before it goes down. Floor prep is minimal. If you're asking about other flooring types, you're in the wrong thread.

Bob,
Just helped a friend do tile on his floor. It was not the garage but if you are covering it you should correct the cracks before doing any work on top anyway. They make a fine cement to use in this case and it works very well. I would do this to any garage floor before putting any covering on it. JoeA

Well after three years of good WI use, the Racedeck floor has been pulled up.
The removal of about 500ft in 2x2ft pieces took just under three hours. It will go on the moving truck as is. Why remove it you say???? Because the 911 has been relocated to a home I own in San Antonio (see other thread) which also has a 2-car garage and I want the floor down there and the WI house will be sold eventually. Try doing that with your glue down VCT or fancy pants Griotts epoxy. Muhahaha...another plus for Racedeck... relocatability.

Flexi Tile
I had used epoxy about twelve years ago but it was in need of a re-do. Instead of using epoxy I tried Flexi Tile which is carried by Lowe's. It goes down easy and fast. Best of all; it wears like iron and is cheaper than race deck.

Yep, I relocated my Race Deck floor from my dining room to my garage. Quick and easy! Good stuff.
