911SC WUR Rebuild Question

Can anyone recommend someone to rebuild my WUR for my ROW 911SC (0438140 069)? I called CIS Flowtech and they did not have a unit in-stock (Euro car). They said this rebuild service takes 4-6 weeks OR I could pay an additional $300 to expedite the rebuild (no thanks!).

There's really nothing within a WUR to "rebuild". The internal resistor rarely fails. It's all about setting the control pressure pin adjustment for cold starts and warm running fuel mixtures.
The typical "rebuilt" WUR usually requires some tweaking of the control pressure pin when installed anyway.

I was having WUR issues with my Euro. Very easy to take apart, cleaned the inlet, put back together and pressures were back to normal.

Third vote for Tony (boyt911sc) - He rebuilt my -009 WUR and it was returned to me in much better condition than what I provided. Excellent service and value.

+1 for Tony

He can test yours and tell you if it is the problem, and if it is he can rebuild or exchange

Steve,

I am back home now and could help you. Please send the WUR to me with a RSL (return shipping label). I will test and evaluate your WUR for FREE. Since you don’t have a CIS pressure gauge kit, it would be next to impossible to determine the culprit/s for your CIS problem/s.

I will send it back to you 2 days after I received your package with my test results.

Tony

Package Arrived Today………..

Steve,

Your package arrived this afternoon and was able to do the test for your WUR-069. However, there is no RSL (return shipping label) inside the box. Was a RSL included in the box? Please advise. Thanks.
