PIWIS after Oil Change?

I have a PIWIS II and trying to find my way through all the menus and links.
After an oil change, I got the piwis out and tried to navigate to my model Porsche. (08 Cayenne). The piwis gave me an option of pre '2010 and 2010 and over. I click on the pre '10 choice and the piwis gets stuck (photo). If I click on the 2011 on up, then instrument cluster, then it proceeds but eventually shows a message something like, "vehicle not found".
How do I get past the "loading odx data" message? And then, the following steps to reset oil?
Thanks for any info.

Oh yea, air cooled. I've posted in there for years and muscle memory brought me back. I'll post in the Cayenne area, Thanks.
