VERY IMPORTANT Carshow benefit for my nephew.
Last week my three year old nephew was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. A nuerological cancer. He has started aggesive chemotherapy at Rileys Childrens hospital in Indy. It's about 2.5 hours from their house. So far he is doing well considering.
I am organizing a peoples choice car show in early September to help with the medical bills. $10 entry fee. Trophys for the top three cars. ALL proceeds will go to the family. I should have a firm date by next week. If you can make it please come. The event will take place in Warsaw, IN. Trying to give plenty of notice so we have a good turn out. Thanks.

Keep us posted. Riley is the place to be, my prayers go out to him. As for the show, it's for a good cause so I'll make it if the timing works out.

I will find out more this weekend. They have been at Riley for a week and a half. They plan on coming home late Sunday. My brother-in-law mentioned something about setting up a foundation. I will keep you guys informed. My nephews name is Austin McCleary.

Shawn, thanks for the info. Unfortunately, this hits close to home.
I would think a foundation of some sort would be great. A Paypal account would really help accomodate the raising of funds. My prayers to Austin.

Thanks everyone that has posted so far. I will find out from my brother-in-law what he wants to do with any donations. I will let you guys know when I know about door prize donations and what not.
I hope some Pelicans can come to the carshow. I can try to house some Pelicans overnight if that would help you guys make the trip. We are still pretty far away from Sept. 13th but I just want to get the word out. The local DJ has agreed to announce the event for free here in Warsaw. Hopefully we have a BIG turnout. I will let Austin know the Pelicanheads got his back!

First, let me say how sorry I am and I'm hoping for a speedy recovery. Since I'm not local, could I donate something for a door prize or a raffle?
