'70 911T engine compartment light
I have a '70 911T Targa and noticed I don't have a engine compartment light.
I've seen some year cars have a horizontal mounting bracket for the light, but mine doesn't have one. Is this normal? If it's supposed to be there, how were they attached without the bracket? Thanks |

It was an option. Not installed as standard.

Go to FLAPS and buy LED general purpose light. Wire it to the license plate circuit. It will be on whenever the license plate light is on. If you have to stop and look in the engine bay, leave the parking lights on, and you'll have light in the engine bay. I like to mount two, one on each side.
