the first link should physically work. The 9003(H4) style bulb is what you want.

Generally the light pattern is not as good with the LED as it is with the original incandescent bulb due primarily to liniment location that is hard to replicate with LED technology, though it does seem to be getting better. You at least have H4 reflectors with is a better starting point than the H5 reflectors delivered on US cars.

To your question about H4, H5 and H7. they represent the configuration of the bulb mount flange, electrical plug/connector and number of elements. there are other nuances like positioning of the actual lighting filaments ...

I personally dislike the the super white/blue colored lights as I feel my visibility is actually worse due to the light scatter of the high K value colors. in addition it is much more blinding to oncoming traffic that the lower K value colors. For me my safety is probably about as dependent on the oncoming traffic being able to see well enough to stay out of my lane as it is me being able to see. WIsh I could find a good H4 LED in 4000K or lower.

I had halogen H4 globes in my Daily Driver which is a Falcon Ute and I put H4 LEDs from this mob and they are very good.

FYI
