if it's just surface corrosion that you can sandblast or bead blast off, I would repaint and reuse them. If there are small pits in the surface, they probably will still last, but no guarantees. Deeper pits I would not reuse.
Important: I specified sandblasting or bead blasting, because the micro-impacts of the particles puts the surface into compression, which will help prevent fatigue. Shot-peening would be even better.
