Unclogging and treating products for sunroof drains

Hello
I was finally able to unclog my two rear drains ('82 SC) and partially the two front, using a tool I found on Amazon, a long cable with a brush.

It was easy to observe and fix the rear drains because I could see the cable coming out on the other end, and the water, poured with a bottle, coming down from those small holes.

Now, the front seems more difficult because I don't have access to the part of the fender hiding the holes.

Pouring water didn't seem to create potholes of water near the front tires so I guess they are still clogged. who knows

Anyways, I wonder if there is a product I could try pouring in the drain and let them soak overnight? wd40 ??

Also, using a small iPhone horoscope I checked the gut and they seemed all rusty. I bet I'm the first owner to actually care for the drains haha.
Should I try to paint them with Rust-oleum paint and the same small brush I used for unclogging?

any other ideas?

Thanks

Don't know what product to get them unclogged? Coat hanger and followed by water jet?
As far as the rust, Evaporust is an amazing and non harmful product. It will need to soak on the rusty area for at least 48 hours. Fluid Film is a good follow up product to coat the metal. You may have to reapply the fluid film on occasion.

as I said I already have a good cable don't need a coat hanger hack.
also, I don't have access to a water jet otherwise I would not have asked

Weed whacker cord is what I have that I've used on the sunroof drains of two of my other cars.

If the weed whacker cord doesn't break through on its own, you could try sharpening the tip so it is pointed and then clamp it in a drill chuck. Spin it up while pushing.

If you need to get more aggressive, you could try a thin drain snake: Cobra Skinny Snake
