wiper won't stop after Speedometer reinstall

I just got my speedometer back from North Hollywood and installed it in the car with no problem.

Now my wipers won't go off. The lowest setting it will do is intermittent...

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Check your grounds. I've seen it where the headlight switch would turn on the wipers. Without a good ground they can act erratic.

...maybe moved the intermittent knob during the install ?

Happened to me after a clock re-install.
