Best way to remove chassis from paint dolly?

Hello. I have a 73T that is on a dolly. It is resting on the torsion bar spring plate/cover and the typical front flat jack points. Has doors, deck lid, frunk lid, some rear suspension. Dolly is about 25” tall, meaning I need to raise it beyond that and then lower it onto my EZ car lift. How have you seen these lifted or moved off paint dollys?

My early thinking is a materials lift at the front and rear, then slide the dolly out and lift into place. The same concept could work with hydraulic scissor tables as well. Both options require tool rentals and another pair of hands.

Thanks for your ideas and suggestions.
