pictures of targa bar attachment/sheet metal

I've discovered some rust in my 69 targa in the extreme front of the rear fender well. It looks like it is the backside of where the targa bar attaches to the car. I would appreciate some pictures of the repair process to this area if anyone has any. I'm going to remove my interior this weekend so I can look at it from the inside. Do you have to remove the door jambs and/or rear fender to get at this or can it be done from inside the car?
