Getto 911 Battery Jumping Hack
I needed to jump a dead battery in my 87 3.2 but could not attach the positive cable clamp due to the depressed design of the battery terminal.
I came up with this simple two piece solution. It may not be cool on a Porsche, but its out of sight and I guess it is not stupid if it works. It keeps the upright portion insulated, while providing an easy access to the positive terminal if a jump start or battery charge is needed. ![]() |
