Question Vacuum Hose Not Connected

There is one vacuum hose that appears to have become unattached during all my journeys into the bay. One side of the hose is ~18 inches long and attached to the Deceleration Valve on one end. This goes to a T-Connection with one six inch section travels to the Throttle Housing. The other hose end is 2 feet? and not connected. The factory manuals show this hose as going to some connection on the motor, but the book does not identify what this connection is. It would also appear that there were two configuations for this connection on '80 to '83 cars with the other configuration going between only the Decl Valve and Throttle Housing. Any assistance is appreciated.

I'm not sure if this also applies to a 1983?

I've got the EXACT same problem. I spent about an hour trying to figure out just where it goes. I did find something that said it goes to the throttle valve, but there's not pic of what and where this thing lives. I found this info on the emission sticker on the engine lid. I did find that it had suction, so I plugged it for now, but I would also like to find its home.
