Ivan,

continental's usa website doesn't list any tire as being available in the 245/45-16 size see, https://continentaltire.com/promotion?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw9vqyBhCKARIsAIIcLMEa0SdACCDgCUYKVe3U SN7WgAXJ9-nf88gcv_L_VI6pxVNM8y66mz8aArTjEALw_wcB

Michelin Pilot Sport 4s have been excellent on my 911, quiet and grippy. I'm not sure what's up with conti these days, I'm after a set of extreme sport 02s for my 240Z and non around at all it seems too.

Most if not all of the big guys don’t dabble with outdated tires probably for warranty and liability issues, rotating stock as time goes by, but it sounds like you’re looking for a set and not concerned about the DOT date code.

Think of the day-old bread theory, it’s still good but dated and they sell it somewhere else at a discount.

So, I’m not sure if they still do this….but there once was a time when a particular tire brand/model/tread pattern was discontinued (retired) they would or could wind up in smaller outlets such as independent tire shops who buy from either brokers, distributors or wholesalers, also can be found with a little footwork.
Stock of out-of-date tires isn’t plentiful but I did this with a Michelin that had a particular tread pattern, tire blew out on a new car so rather than buy a new pair and have a mismatched front/rear.
