Engine/Transmission Mount Washer

I stumbled into this one and from my memory in 1986, my ‘72 911T had them installed cup-up.

Fast forward to last year with my ‘83 SC, I think they were cup-down. This explains a lot.

Anyone had the direction quandary I had until reading this?
