If I am correct, the chassis number range for ROW Speedsters is 15-5001 to 15-5581. As a cross check can anyone identify if the number above is actually a Speedster?

KS15 appears to correspond to ROW 1989 speedsters, while KS17 appear to have been USA bound.

If speedster starts at 155001 how could a lower number or sooner in production number 151586 be a speedster?? 1586 is prior to 5001.

Exactly, what I read from a web page source that I do not know to be reliable has a chassis number range stated as 5001 onwards. The car is 1586, so as I have limited knowledge here I just want to check whether the source of chassis number range info is wrong or the car is not as it seems.

I also get KS15 as cabriolet’s - being the ‘5’ - I’m wondering if Speedsters were scattered randomly amongst cabrio numbers?

It appears that the cabrio’s and speedsters are grouped together from 50001 to 55000

Are you bidding on that car or just curious?
