Can I swap front seats temporarily

I’m having the seat bottom on my ‘81 911 SC restitched and will be without the drivers seat for a few weeks. Can I replace it with the passenger seat in the meantime? I realize seat controls will be on the wrong side of the seat.

I had to redo the seat belt attachment on my 86 to have a seat belt.

Might want to check that...if that's a worry.

Is the belt attached to your seat on the ‘86? It’s not on mine.

Yes, receptacle is attached to the seats...just a reminder for some. Had to drive across the state(Texas) with no seat belt over a weekend. More worried about a ticket than anything.

Wasn't sure about the 81'... now I know

Erik
