Outer Door Glass Felt installation

I just bought a pair of Outer Door Glass Felt with clips (901-531-935-20 & 901-531-936-20). The clips came loose, not attached to the felt. Is their a 'pro tip" as to how to align and assemble? Roll the window down, remove the old felt, remove the outer and inner rubber scrapers, and...

thanks in advance,
Nathan

The clips not being attached is the real boon in my situation. The new clips, with a little grease go in the holes just fine. But I have to make sure the clips line up with holes and are crimped onto the felt. That's where I'm looking for suggestions.
