MY DANSK SPORT EXHASUT JUST GOT PUT ON TODAY DURING MY LUNCH BREAK HERE AT WORK NO LESS DUE TO MY EAGERNESS. HAHA AND WHAT DO i NOTICE!
THIS THING HAD FOUR PLACES ALL AROUND IT AT THE SEEM /TACK WELDS WHERE THE THING SPITS EXHAUST OUT.. WHAT THE f*** ARE THEY ALL LIKE THIS OR DID MINE GET A SHODDY WELD ?... IS IT PART OF THE FREE FLOW SET UP ! HAHAHAH WHAT GIVES.. SHOULD i RETURN IT?

BTW I AM NOT MAD OR YELLING I AM AT WORK SO IT HAS TO E IN CAPS.. FOR THOSE ,,YOU KNOW WHO YA ARE.. HAHHAHA

What do you need an exhaust for?? Unnecessary weight. Get rid of it :p

I want to see some pics, who cares about the holes, take it to a shop and have them weld it, ask for a discount - more money to pay lawyers :-))

Nah it's not even close to the GHL.. I miss it! but it's gone!.
it will work .. I cut about 4 inches off the tips though as I heard that they vibrate and crack if you don't.. it has a very raspy sound to it .. not the deep flat rumble the GHL had..
it's not too bad..

Sounds like you did get somewhat hosed on the muffler. If you got it from Wayne, see if he will reimburse you for getting it fixed or cover the shipping costs back and forth so he can fix it himself. I would think he is in a better position to deal with Dansk than you are. Good luck!

Mine changed tone over a period of 6 weeks. My only B!tch was one oulet on one side was visibly lower than the other.....

Should not leak at the welds.
 

My dual in/out Dansk also has the tack welds in several places but no exhaust leaks from them. I would return it without a doubt. If you try to weld them yourself and it doesn't take, or the dissimilar metal causes corrosion, they will blame you.
