Source for Targa roll bar rust repair parts?

I'm working through all the rust in my '69 Targa and the spot that looks like it'll give me the most trouble is at the base of the roll bar. I can easily find the 'filler plate', # 7 shown in red circle below (901 501 203 40), but I can't seem any source for the rest of the metal at the base of the roll bar, mostly the blue circle, but it would also be nice to find a patch for the supporting body, without buying the whole inner fender panel (https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info2/Pcg50101840.htm).

Do I need to find a donor car or used roll bar to steal from? Or fab my own replacement? Or is there a well-hidden supplier out there for reproduction pieces?

Passenger side isn't much better:

Seeing that, I can only think the rest of the car is Swiss cheese too.

There are certainly other areas of concern!

I've got to take care of the torsion tube and most of the surrounding sheet metal, too. The whole thing is stripped and on the rotisserie and ready to start patching, but this spot is the one that I haven't envisioned the solution yet and I want to have a clear plan before I start (even if that plan may need to change as I find more rust!).

Item 7 is available from Porsche for both L/R sides. Item 6 (blue circle) is part of the targa hoop so you'll need to fabricate replacements or purchase an entire used hoop.

Good luck.
