Recaro CS Sportsters in a '79 911

Hey all, I’ve just fitted some Recaro CS Sportsters to my ’79 911. I’d installed them using the single lock-out original sliders and Recaro's BASEFRAME SET [67.51.09] as advised by the retailer.

Sadly this set-up is too high, the adapter probably adds about an inch and half to the height. I've also tried just to attach the original slider directly to the seat but sadly the lock-out barrel interferes with the seat.

I was hoping someone on here may have done a better job than me and could recommend a solution to get the seat back to stock height?
