Please help with part # id
 

While fixing some rattles around my glove box, I found the black hose right above the footwell blower motor on the passenger side. It looks very abused. I would like to replace it but am unable to identify which part # it is in the PET. Is anyone able to help me figure out which it is?

Also, while doing this, i found that the blower motor is also loose. Does it not have any mounting that keeps it still or is it just pressure-held behind the cover ?

If it's the same aize as the larger hose in the pic, 911 211 522 00.
