Smugglers box cover

I’m looking for a smugglers box cover for my ‘73 Targa.

The choices seem to be the aluminum covers (with holes) from our host, or used ones in varying conditions on eBay.

Are there other options?

Try one of the Porsche recyclers - Einmalig, DC Automotive, etc. You may be able to find one in great condition at a reasonable price.

Did you ever find one? I may have one from my 86 coupe, but not sure of the fit?

Just remembered your post and thought I would let you know.

It does have the 'bump' in it, assuming it's raised for the ac that used to be in the car...

In the event I actually kept it and you are interested, just pay for shipping, and a coffee.

I am in the process of moving across country, but am pretty sure I still have it at one of my homes.
