Maybe A "Dumb" Headliner Install Question

Is there, or was there, any foam or other sort of (thin) insulation material from the transition of the "B" to "C" pillar to the parcel shelf?

I'd like to be sure before the headliner is installed & permanently affixed.

Thanks & Cheers
JB

Do you have the cardboard pieces at the lower end, or do you mean something else?

I maybe should have explained with greater detail. I wanted to know if there was any 'underlay' or padding between the vinyl headliner and the bare metal of the "C" pillar in the area in shown in the red oval.

The cardboard 'tie-downs' are not the issue for me.

There is not anything there other than the headliner material. Working on one now and verified that.

Late to the party Hawk Eye.

There is no padding. I just did mine a few months back.

Thanks Gentlemen - much appreciated - now to finish off this most intensive (IMHO) & time consuming of tasks.

Cheers

As others have said no foam. I have notice that on several where I have pulled the liner out of, there is not glue all over. It seams only the parts that wrap around the window frame are glues, meaning the edges are glued.
