Clear drain/breather tubing connection

I had new struts, shocks installed and when I pulled back trunk carpet I found a clear hose which was not reconnected (among other missed issues). The tubing is not very long and is not discolored. I cannot figure out where it connects. It drains under the front bumper. It is not for the brake reservoir or washer fluid. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the tube that is meant to connect to the battery vent port ?
