Fuel Control Pressure Test question?

Hi all,

The reason for this test is the cold start issues:
-Kept foot on gas pedal to keep idle up running a couple of minutes in the first start regardless of weather cold or warm.

Why did the part # 0280160.324 installed in location of AAV? It is a Decel valve not an AAV.Is it cause the cold start issued?

-when it warmed up idle stabled at 950 rpm and ran very well.

-Some vacuum device checked:
AAR opened when cold and closed when warm.
Opened oil cap idle changed very a little bit then stabilized.

Please help to determine below testing results are within specs, out of specs or right on border of marginally still good or need to rebuild.

Thank you so much.
