Are you savvy with 3d modeling?

Im trying to have someone design a modification for my 930 tea tray whale tail, and he needs a "STEP file thats 1:1 ratio". Does anyone have a true scan of the tea tray? Desperately need. Will pay for service provided. True 1:1 cad scan of entire 930 with the tea tray will work also, but just need 1:1 of tea tray by itself. PLEASE HELP
