Minnesota Pelicans BAR-B-Q/Tech session
 

Hey Guys n Gals,

I talked with my wife Lori and we think that the weekends July 19,20 or July 26, 27 will work for the Tech session.
How about a little RSVP feed back on those dates?
We will furnish the three B's (burgers, brats and beer) you guys can furnish the side stuff.
Also tech ideas would be nice.

I'm in. For sure. Either weekend. Becky and I have already blocked out the last three weekends in July in anticipation of this event. Can't wait. I'll probably have my car back from the body shop by then too. She went in this morning.

July 19 or 20. Saturday is pref. We'll be there...

It looks like we are open the 19th & 20th too so either is fine with us.
(I already have double plans the 26th & the 27th is Tim's b-day).

My family is going to Heritage Fest on the 20th, so if you all choose the 19th I can make it.

We can make either weekend. I have a restaurant and can furnish cole slaw and potatoe salad. All I need is a final headcount a couple of days prior.

The 19th looks good for me now. I will do everything I can to make it. I'll give you a headcount of who will be with me a couple of days before.

I'm originally from Minnesota, (up North), but whenever I go back, I never see any Porsches. NONE! You're all driving in from somewhere else, aren't you?

You are not too far from the truth. Unless it is a weekend...I hardly see any either. :)

Bumpin'

I’m still planning on coming if my car will make it. I took it out earlier this week and suddenly the tacho starting jumping and then stopped moving altogether. I parked up, went back to start it and nothing (dash lights come on, just no engine turning). It had to bump start it to get her home. I checked the charge rate and I’m getting 13.9V when the engine is runnning. It’s not the battery, I replaced it last month. The starter turns fine when I jump it from another car. I’m thinking a ground or loose wire issue somewhere. I’ll take at look at it tomorrow morning and hopefully I can find out the problem. Fingers crossed I’ll will see you all there.
