B Pilar lower trim removal

Anyone know how to remove this vertical interior trim. The PET calls it “filler piece” but no indication how it is fastened. The upper horizontal trim was an easy removal with two screws. Rob

On my '87, it is just vinyl wrapped over a thin padding and glued to the frame.

Sorry I don't have better pics right now. Later on I'll be re-covering and can provide better detail shots. But the car is at the body shop for a while.

Leather glued to > .25" foam glued to > sheet metal in that exact shape tacked to frame.

I'm redoing these on my '70 now and can take a picture if needed. The PET has a diagram as well.

Just rip it off. Use the old piece as a template for a new one.
