Where does this go - Defrost light found under passenger seat

While I was working on replacing the fuel lines in the tunnel on my 1984 Targa, I found this under the passenger seat.

It seems to be a light for the defrost levers. Where does it mount in the car? Can anyone show me a picture of it in place?

Hi ErrorMargin- here's a summary post and image. I suspect you might have fresh center tunnel carpet, or a PO forgot to place the receptacle back (over the carpet) after previous work was performed. FYI- The image is from a BAT '84 Targa with 30K miles.

That unit consists of a base, with a bulb, and the cover. It's illuminated. If they deleted it, hopefully they taped off / used heat shrink tubing on the body side harness electrical connector (wire is black with blue stripe) so it doesn't short to ground.

If you're ever working in that area (like during center console removal), you may want to inspect for that.

I see that our host has it in stock: https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/91463210700.htm

Any idea what screws are supposed to be used to mount it to the floor? Or what bulb it takes?

I tested the wire on mine and verified that it does get power when the lights are on, so I should be able to reinstall this no problem.

The bulb in mine is fried, so I need another one, and I need the mounting screws. Can anyone help me on these two?
