Is this Ossi Blue??

I’ve recently scratched away some of the yellow on my car, to find this blue, initially it looked like ossi blue but I am not 100% positive. Chassis is a 68, could it be pastel blue? The stick I’m holding is painted in an Ossi blue I had mixed up. I will say in this photo it is wet. I also know this is super hard to tell by an image but I’d love to paint this car the original color. Any input? I’ve not seen any of these colors in person on a car so I can’t tell.
My color plate inside the door is gone too, I’ve registered the car with Porsche but it doesn’t show the original color.

I can’t answer your question, unfortunately. But I love the Ossi blue and think it would look great on any 911 (admittedly, my B5 S4 ownership may bias me towards colors like Nagaro blue and Imola yellow).

Do I have to pay for the certificate in order to for certain get this info, or can I call a Porsche line and them tell me the color based on the VIN?
