FYI on 123 distributor
Hello all, I thought it might be of some help to clarify some thoughts about the 123 .
123ignitionusa is the supplier, that I am the USA tech for . Ed has hired me to assist any person that purchases a 123 from him , initial consultation is included in the purchase, if we have to diagnose and treasure hunt to get you to stage one I can do that , but there is a charge. I have helped to install hundreds of the units , shops and well as car owners. The bluetooth is the unit of choice for me , the reason for this the ease of adjustment of the curve. The factory curve is emission based and not used by me . Also changing the idle advance is best done through the bluetooth, it can be done with the laptop style but that is not convenient in my opinion . Idle advance is the best way to set the idle rpm you desire . If you choose to purchase a 123 from another source, my service is not included , but I can help you for a fee. Not a problem as I have helped many that have done so . This distributor is very good at providing a reliable spark, and infinite curves . I have on in every car I own and each car I service . I hope this helps Ian

Hello, thanks for the information. I have been looking very hard at the 123dizzy, but have a few questions about it as I have the crane ignition module.
But that 123 distributor looks amazing and I like the idea of being able to adjust via blue tooth. PM me.

Thanks for this update, Ian. I have a hot rod 2.8 MFI and want to know if this ignition can be tuned to maximize my set up with old school GE60 cams. If I were to purchase, it would be my mechanic who would be the point of contact for me.

Hey Ian I bought mine through PMB but they ordered from 123 USA. I’m considering installing this myself. I just received it last night would you be willing to help me? I can pay the fee if needed. Thanks!

Just wanted to say Ian helped me with the installation of my 123 and while I ran into some challenges I am pleased to say we got everything up in running and with a nice curve as well! I am definitely a novice but Ian really took the time to help me understand everything and the “why” behind it. Highly recommend his services!

Bonjour @icarp,
Je possède un module 123 avec bluetooth, pourriez vous m'aider a configurer la courbe pour un Carrera 3.0 s'il vous plaît. J'ai du mal avec le réglage de l'avance par dépression également. Merci d'avance. Thierry (France) |
