What is this?
 
Anyone knows what this round-rusted- thing is?
It's on the driver side above the engine/trans.
2 electrical wires come out of it which were cut off.

Is it covering the hole for the heater box that was removed? I can see the heater hose at the top of the photo.

it's what is left of an old aftermarket alarm horn.

make sure you treat the existing holes ....against water..
