heater box hose
Does anybody know the p/n for the hoses that connect from the heat exchangers to the heater flapper boxes for a 1973.5 911?
Pelican only lists from 1974 on, and I can't find it in the PET -- anybody know what group/sub-group it's in? Thx! |

Same stuff....it's spring loaded....adjust to length.

So is the aircraft piece the same thing one uses for the flapper box to exchanger run? Or the OEM?

No....the bottom hose pieces, the ones from the HEs via the flapper to the ducting in the body are different from the the ones coming off the fan.
The bottom ones are heat resistant vinyl or something and have a coiled spring in it....the top ones are stiff foil lined and precut...they resemble the stuff early VW bugs used........... I just happen to have a set up someplace in the garage that I can take pics of if you need.....gotta go beat the kids up and put them to bed....
