Pulling speaker wire in door

So i'm looking at replacing my front door speakers with component speakers.
Want to wire the mids and tweeters separately to a dsp amp and bypass the speaker crossover ( active vs passive)

Just don't see an easy way of pulling wire in the door.
Anyone have an easier way than removing the doors?
Thanks

I assume the old door wire is still in there . . tie the new wire to the old wire at the amp and pull it through.

This (from above) or I had some softer wire with just enough stiffness to use also to guide things through...might have been soldering wire. Once you trace the wire through and what holes/cutouts to use it's pretty easy.

After I finally got things through, and reflecting, I wish I had soldered the wires together to pull through. I used tape to connect new wire to old which was a bit bulky and it did get hung up a few times.

I installed a full system with components like you and routing the new speaker wire wasn't that bad. A bit tedious but once you get the one side done the other is easy. I think having the doors as far open also made it easier, but it's been a few years so not certain.

Best of luck.
