off topic need login help

Afternoon Gents ..
Sorry about this OT thread but im trying to get a hold of a moderator or an IT guy I guess ?

I had issues with my laptop and flushed all my passwords stored in my browser of course including my pelican one .

I tried to reset this using email address and discovered it was a @pcaucr address which is long defunct

( The reason I know this is because i was already logged in on my work PC so i can at least get in to post this . )

can someone tell me who i should contact to get this resolved ?

Maybe i should report my own post so a moderator can see this and help me out ??

Thanks

If a mod or IT person can Pm me at least i can have them change to my curent email s i can reset my password

Thanks all ..

Iceman,

I sent an email to the PP IT personnel who helped me get back into the forum after losing capability to LOG IN and requesting permission to give his information to you. I will PM you if he says OK.

Try looking up your saved password on your work PC

open Chrome (or whatever broswer you're logged in with), go to Settings, AutoFill and pwds then Password Manager, and select the password you want to view

That was the issue ... i accidentally wiped out the passwords in password manager in chrome . didn't realize i had done that .. and the email i was using on this site is NLA. Thys why i'm hooped. even though i'm logged in , it sill asks for password to change my email.
my own fault i know.. the down sides of leaving your passwords in a browser.
