Throttle ITB linkage
 

I’m not in love with this cable throttle assembly as it (a) a little messy looking and (b) will require constant adjustment as the cables stretch and (c) I’m worried about reliability. You can buy stainless cable specifically made not to stretch. I've used it on deck railings.
