Installed billet lower cam housing covers but now it leaks

I goofed somewhere.

Bought the very nicely made Rennline billet covers for my lower cam housing covers. Bought the nice new gasket set with new hardware and the little siliicon bead on the gasket. Cleaned it up (it was pretty clean even before though) and then carefully installed them using new hardware, the proper torque (10 N/m) and a criss-cross pattern just like bolting down a head. Thought I would be golden. lol, no.

Well, it was ok until the engine got hot, then it started leaking pretty hard out the lower forward studs.

I’m looking through posts here trying to find something I missed. The gasket only goes on one way. I made sure things were clean, I was careful, I used new hardware, new gaskets. I even chased the threads on the studs (they were pretty nasty) to make sure my torque values weren't thrown off by the old crud.

Previously it had stock gaskets and the late 80’s ’turbo’ style covers. The nuts were on pretty tight. It didn’t leak.
